Tail gate does not lock properly. It will open, drop and fall by itself after takeoff. This may cause cargo to fall out of vehcile while in motion. Repeated manual and remote locking takes several tries o get it to lock, but it is not a guarantee it will stay locked. It has a locking mechanism failure. This happens often after tailgate is opened and used.
