I was rear ended at a dead stop. Upon impact my seat(drivers) slid all the way back causing me to not keep my foot on or reach the break causing me to roll forward and hit the person in front of me.

While approaching an intersection the traffic light turned yellow. It required medium braking effort. When i applied the brakes the drivers power seat activated itself and mover ~ 2 inches forward which in turn ended up applying far more pressure on the brake pedal than was intended.
