I have had 2 tires spontaneously fail in last two weeks. The first was on the highway and caused 2200 dollars in damage to the vehicle and almost causing a wreck. The second blew out while i was in my driveway traveling at less than 5mph. Both tires appeared to fail in the same way, perpendicular to the sidewalk across the tread.
